Luiz and Matic in Chelsea's midfield. There will be no goals scored in this match.

Was thinking the same thing! I understand being defensive ... but to put your center back as your center mid is interesting.

City looking very threatening early, but Chelsea also looking dangerous on the counter.

btw, I'm already tired of Tim Howard's commentary

Pretty open game actually. No super clear cut chances but some better play in the 18 and this could easily be 1-1

Don't use that excuse, this is not a new thing. Same thing happened for the Liverpool and Arsenal games which were on the weekend.

Btw as someone who has been to Manchester, driving to the game for either team is not feasible what so ever.

I might have to get off this thread so you guys don't spoil something important.

Howard is pretty knowledgeable and he doesn't dumb it down like guys like Twellman tend to do. But yea he lacks the wizardy with the English language that most British announcers seem to have

he is probably also trying his best to control his turrets while doing this. Its pretty impressive when you think about it.

Holy shite what an awful 4 on 2 fast break by Chelsea. Willian looked like Eric Gordon running a fast break for the pelicans
