And the Republican House is going to pass a law to that effect?

Bless your heart. They didn't follow state election laws in 2020. What makes you think they'll suddenly develop a conscience and worry about what is and isn't legal now? This is their last stand.

POTUS elections are set by federal statute, and Biden's term ends at noon on 1/20/25 per the Constitution. The electors also have to be appointed and cast their votes by mid-December, again via federal statute.

Even if the election date was changed via Congress and that somehow passed judicial scrutiny in front of a conservative Supreme Court, the 20th Amendment isn't getting changed between now and January.

So American dollars are being used to save democracy in Ukraine which suspended its democracy because of saving democracy?

And all NPCs said... amen.

Damn, you're dumb.

Wiki Election of 1864

Wiki Election on 1944

Both of these are pretty bad examples.

1864 elections took place but it was at the tail end of the civil war and most of the fighting (maybe all?) was taking place in the south. The election was held but the overwhelming majority o the southern states didn't even get a vote. If there was a active battles taking place all over the place it likely would have been postponed, and even with it taking place, they excluded numerous areas where battles were being waged.

For 1944, other than possibly the attack on pearl harbor which happened 3 years prior, there wasn't a ground war taking place in the US.

Neither of these scenarios are apples to apples, not to mention you are ignoring the myriad examples of countries postponing elections.

There is no reason at all to assume that Zelensky won't hold an election as soon as the war is over.

So they're going to just let Biden chill? For how long? Will we ever have another election for POTUS?

You have to give Zelensky a lot of credit.

After winning election, he orchestrated the Russian special operation which allows him to stay in office forever.

Genius

No, I've been very outspoken in my belief that while Dr. Jill has Potatohead in it for as long as they can perpetuate the ruse, those pulling Biden's strings will put him out to pasture via the 25A between now and Election Day.

My guess is that we get our change of batter scenario after Labor Day, and it'll be Michelle Obama. (Yes, I know what Vanity Fair said about her not being interested).

Per a recent Rasmussen poll, she's the only one polling at 20%. Witmer, Newsome and everyone else is well under 20%.

Of course, it's probably worth mentioning that None Of These lead that one at 26%

"Democracy" just means US puppet.

Z man staying as leader is probably as good as the next guy. His job is to farm US money.

Oh, that’s easy: drop boxes with no ID verification.

It will be the most secure election ever. :/

In a vast field full of strong contenders, this is one of the dumbest predictions I've read on this board.

Why wouldn't they just run Michelle and win straight up? She'd crush in November.

The dumb predictions on this board is a vast field of strong contenders.

I'm not saying that the democrats have a strong field of contenders. Regardless, Michelle Obama will not run for office. There's 0 chance.

You are unhappy with most everything in the country you live in (football excluded). The happiest countries out there are some of the Scandinavian countries. Any chance you'd move to where you'll be happier? Or do you like to bitch daily about the totality wrongs of our country?

I mean I don't think she will either, but she'd likely crush Trump

Also, the Democrats have no good contenders. I mean Gavin Newsome is their #2 behind Biden, and everyone hates Biden's actual VP

I'm not 100% sure. Right now your favorability rating takes a hit as soon as you start running for office. I think hers would drop as soon as she started running. Also, I like her, but she doesn't have the same charisma that her husband does. I don't see her performing in a debate or a town hall very well.

I'm not saying she would do worse than other candidates, but I don't think she would just glide through and crush Trump.
