That's a fairly well-known tactic...using the DMCA as a justification for getting something removed.

This is the interview
It's about an 8 minute clip. What struck me was that he basically confirms the original timeline, where the shooting had started (he thought it was drilling) and then he got shot as he approached the door.
Didn't the new timeline say he got shot 6 minutes before the shooting started? If so, he's not on the same page as the investigation.
