Wow - poors that don't dress in shabby clothes! I can't believe it man! The nerve of those fricking poors.

Having decent clothes certainly is nothing but a toy for those poors. They don't have a job so why do they need to look decent? fricking idiots.

I can't believe this shite! That poor has a collared shirt on that buttons up! Who does he think he is? George Jefferson?!? He doesn't need that shirt! And look at the lady in the middle! She's got a T-shirt on. WTF? Probably one that was sold to help pay for water bills. She probably is just protesting to whine and has her water. fricking idiots. That white poor on the right - he's got a T-shirt that has red -dye in it - and SUN GLASSES> I bet he's got full digital cable, too!

This is private, voluntary charity and I have no problem with it whatsoever.

However, I'd not commit one red penny to it personally because the bill is likely to be ran up once again as soon as it gets paid off.

Those poors - using running water to flush their toilets! Holy frick they think they are entitled or something. This is America! Disposal of sewerage isn't a matter of public concern here. We have freedom instead.

Her shirt says something about stopping the right wing noise, what the hell does that have to do with her not paying her bills??

I was just figuring it looked like a protest shirt and she was at a protest so it must be related. You know all those poors like to make T-shirts all the time to whine about being poor.

You, on the other hand, should get on the Wheel of Fortune show as soon as possible.

Though now that I look at it - I can't see fitting "Right Wing Noise" in there after Stop. Its a good guess either way though.

I really mean this Tuba, I don't care if they have water, I don't care if they die of thirst, I don't like poor people

My favorite is the sign that says:
"Turn on the water. Tax Wall Street"

I don't see the problem. If someone wants to donate through private charity then thats good. I think we should have more of this and less Gov't entitlements. You should help those in need out of your own kindness, not by Government coercion.

It would appear the OP quite simply hates those in need.
Nope. I just hate people who don't pay their water bills, yet protest and revolt when their water is shut off.

And I dislike people who help the bums who refuse - choose not to - help themselves, when there are millions of truly poor people in the world who could genuinely use charity.

I don't understand what any of your nonsense means.

There are many, many worthy charitable causes. This is not one of them.

Those in need?!

The only place to apply the word "willingly" is that these destitutes willingly chose not to pay their water bills for several months. They willingly prioritized other things over paying their water bills. The only thing they're in need of is decency and common sense.

The problem will persist until those poors are processed into food for other poors.

I've got no problem with this. My favorite charities are those that do help people with their needs but also seek to help that person improve themselves so they can ultimately care for themselves, but this is fine too. I'll probably donate a little myself.

Ironic coming from you. Your complusive need to show everyone how much you care about strangers is just obnoxious.

Fat-arse tuba.

There is a difference between genuine hardship and hardship experienced due to one's own choices.

However, if people want to help bail them out I'm ok with it. I donate my time and money elsewhere.

No problem with them trying to get voluntary donations. It's a foolish cause, but they certainly can ask. It beats the gov. forcing me to pay for it.

I ask you, on this diagram, where does water fit and where does a nice shirt, fancy sunglasses and a snazzy hat fit? It is quite simple, pay your bills in this order.
