You can according to the 2nd Amendment. However, lawless tyrants say otherwise.

There are some websites that just host classified ads for "private" sellers, so he isn't wrong.

He is when he calls it a "loop hole". Go read the actual law and what the Feds own lawyers have stated on the matter. It'll help you, a lot.

There is nothing in the op about someone calling it something. Only the statement about buying without a background check.

The context is there, it's been stated millions of times, playing cute isn't going to help you. Seriously, don't even try.

Considering I have a friend who is creating an online gun store right now to sell custom guns out of vegas.

And if he transfers a firearm to someone without it going through an FFL he is committing a crime, if across state lines it's a federal felony. Sounds like you are privy to this information, you need to contact law enforcement if you know about a conspiracy to break federal firearms laws.

It's already posted in YouTube. I love when the Tuck presents some facts the contradict what his guests is saying his responses start with "but, but, but" of "I think".

Also when he was giving the "definition" of and "assault rifle", I literally thought he was about to say "they also have a shoulder thingy that goes up".

What a dipshit you are. You can't even crawfish right.

FACT: YOU CAN GO ON THE INTERNET AND BUY A GUN WITHOUT A BACKGROUND CHECK.

Private sales = gun show loopholes

If by this, you mean you can communicate to meet in person and buy a firearm, then yes, but this is no different than you selling a gun to a friend or family member you know.

You can't legally buy a gun online and get it shipped to your house.

If by "buy" you mean pay for and have one shipped to a local FFL holder of your choosing, then yes you can. But please enlighten me and describe the process of taking possession of the firearm you bought online without being subjected to a background check. You can't, because you're being a disingenuous prick.

Going online and agreeing to purchase a firearm from a private party in person is not buying a gun on the internet no matter how many times you scream that it is.

...who then does the paperwork and background check with the FBI as if you were in a store buying it.

What an uneducated moron you are. You can't even get the basic facts right.

Let me explain this in small words for you child. You cannot actually buy a firearm online without an FFL involved unless you plan to violate existing Federal laws. Private sellers can arrange to meet and carry out a transaction, within their own states, in accordance with existing Federal and State laws. There is no "loop hole" and before the internet this exact same transaction used the Thrifty Nickel or something similar. Now, go back to licking mirrors with BamaAtl, you're just embarrassing yourself again.

It's also against the law to sell a firearm to someone in another state without going through an FFL.

In states where a background check is required for each firearm purchase, it's against the law to buy a gun online from anyone or any dealer without getting a check done.

Of course, TECHNICALLY you can "buy one", but you do the background check through your local FFL.
