my understanding is the voting rights act, has something around provisional ballots. shite like this happens every 4 years. It almost always helps democrats. He still won, I wouldn't get your panties in a wad about it.
No, this is something to be pissed about...it is a cheap assed tactic and spitting in the face of the act of the legal voting process...it is also the same type of unadulterated bullshite that gives HRC a phony popular vote lead in an attempt to undermine Trump's victory...plenty to be pissed about over this.

If found that they are fraudulently accepting ballots, then I'm with you; I just don't know why we would be upset based on provisional ballots alone.

People saying this isn't a big deal because he still won are crazy.
Good thing he was up by 70,000 votes. If he was up in Pennsylvania by only 20,000 votes before this (like Wisconson or Michigan) we would have lost the fricking state a month after the election.
And Wisconson and Michigan are more than close enough to where I can see them magically finding this many votes.

Well the evidence doesn't support any notion that there were enough fraudulent votes to make up the 2.5 million vote margin.
The more you look into it and realize how widespread the problem is, the more apparent it is that those votes add up.
For example in Texas, where Hillary got nearly 560,000 more voters than Obama in '12, and 339,000 than Obama in 2008. Really?
