Europe officials/countries freaked out and said no so Trump then pulled out.

It's a non binding agreement essentially. We still were going to go ahead hit the goals that were originally set.

Bosh Jarro said earlier this week that there's significant downside risk for Republicans if Trump has realized that his personality cult is strong enough for him to govern as a Democrat while his base and cable news / talk radio continues to perceive the Republicans as the enemy, since Trump can just brush off any reporting of his deals with Dems as fake news.
