You actually have cancer cells on your body every day. The body keeps them in check and they are not allowed to takeover. Once something changes in the body, irritation, DNA damage, and the mechanism for keeping them in check goes haywire, they take over and eventually kill the body..amd themselves at the same time.
I would say that Obama's way of embracing Islam and not calling them out or shutting them down was the "something" that changed in our world (body). They have now infiltrated every vulnerable part of the world and are poised to try and kill their host, and unknowingly themselves ....it is a perfect analogy.
