Like a lot of angry progressives, she thinks she has the authority and duty to be indecent and hateful to other people.

Same situation. If someone doesn't initiate the conversation, why do liberals feel compelled to express their views. I don't get it.

I would have enjoyed explaining to her a lot about several various theory's on gravity as even though it tends to be the one of the four fundamental forces folks have heard of, it's also the least scientifically understood.
I would have then continued my lecture with a discussion on scientific theories that were seemingly confirmed until better data were acquired, caloric theory being one of the easy examples to use.

I don't care what your political views are...the airplane is the LAST PLACE ON EARTH where you can air your grievances about anything!!!! Especially the government or politics.
