It's a bigger risk than it's worth. Rubio or Cruz running and losing to Trump would permanently end their shot at the WH. May as well wait until 2024. As Omar once said, "when you come at the king, you best not miss."

Depends. What happens between now and 12/31/18 will dictate that.
If GOP holds House, gains seats in Senate and if tax reform and infrastructure passes, nope.

If things remain on this trajectory i could see him opting not to run again at 74. If its really miserable i could see a rich dude not spending some of his last non-diaper years that way.
