i can't wait for the onion-esque articles that start to question if she's a cyborg when she's 120+ and still chugging along

I'm no conspiracy theorist but I could buy the theory that Scalia was murdered

Then some hero in our government let it be known if a replacement was named then they would go public with it.

I realize that's beyond the scope of most right wingers education and ability to reason so I'm not surprised that's lost on someone

Agreed. Seems like something that can be done with congressional action.

Any lifetime appointed position dependant on taxpayer funding (I think this applies only to all federal judges), should have fitness for duty evaluations triggered by certain events. Falling asleep during any taxpayer funded activity or ceremony should be at the top of that list.
