From the US Supreme Court.

She is currently 84 and has had issues with staying awake and staying aware of what's going on.

Just curious have there been other cases of Supreme Court justices who have stayed on the court until they became senile and unable to do their job?

Thurgood Marshall had no idea who he was at the end.

She will never step down voluntarily while a republican is in the white house.

Thurgood Marshall was a justice who served his country and knew when to step down. Older justices need to follow suit or be impeached.

If she would not step down for Obama, she will not step down for Trump.

There really needs to be a mental fitness evaluation every year for people in positions like this.

If Hillary had won, she would probably have retired already. Since Trump won, she is hanging around to "resist."

I have a feeling even after she's dead, it'll take Congressional action to remove her from the bench.

She will definitely die before she retires. Democrats will make sure of that.

This. Libs urged her to step down so obama could appoint a justice with similar views as her own. She refused. She'll have to be carried out.

I thought she had a couple times already. Where's that sketch of her dead on the bench the first time?

She better hope she lives into her 90's then because she may die before we see a New Democrat president.

If Clinton would have won she would have stepped down already ,but that was a huge miscalculation on her part. I think the old bat will hang on for as long as possible ,but I doubt she will make it through a 2 term Trump Presidency. Personally I think they should do away with a lifetime appointment and they should have to retire at a certain age ,because she is embarrassing at point.

He was elected to the Senste by the people of South Carolina and wasn't a member of the Supreme Court. BIG difference

yeah

i can't help but think in the back of my mind she was waiting for HRC, as the first female president, to replace her with another woman. just some big event with huge optics and all that that was being orchestrated by the DEMs. i'll believe that before pure pride

i think that's why they were manufacturing hero status on her at the end of Obama's reign (notorious RBG)

she my flip from hero status to villain status with the rabid progressives, though

100 is way too old to be in any job like that.
