This isn't groundbreaking stuff unless you're too daffy to have noticed that Wikileaks, the standard bearer of civil liberties, has never meaningfully targeted the most oppressive regimes in the world but routinely goes after the US, UK, France, Germany, and Australia. And they are, according to a former employee who himself claims that they are linked to the Kremlin, in possession of Putin and Russian state secrets which they don't release.
It's not quite the slam dunk that the birtherism and comet pizza scandals were, but please keep an open mind.

The agenda of wikileaks is to expose corruption of the most powerful entities for the sake of the common person. This happens to result in alot of leaking information about the West which aligns with Russia's agenda. A common agenda does not maketwo entities allies or mean that they are working in collusion. If that were the case, then you have to explain why the US and ISIS are colluding to overthrow Assad.
