According to this LA Times article, walls are "monuments of racism."

Nah, currently they are salt of the Earth, possibly "undocumented workers". Now as soon as they commit a crime, they're white. They're white according to FedGov, too.
If they're victims of crime, they're latino. If they commit a crime, they're white.
