Why in the world would Biden be allowing Covid positive illegals in the country?

This might sound a little too much like a conspiracy theory, but just trying to make sense of it.
Biden's big thing was to stop the pandemic, we all know he couldn't, but that was his big thing. However, his administration is allowing hundreds of Covid positive persons to enter the country without any protocols.
Why? Is it because the country is doing too good right now and they want us to fail? I mean the rates are down, colleges are opening in the fall, stadiums are going to open in the fall, the country for the first time is looking good!
It almost feels like they don't want that! They keep us vaccinated citizens wearing masks, they are keeping our children at home, they are limiting the amount of people who can go to a baseball game, but are letting Covid positive illegals free to board a bus without masks and travel into our country!
I just can't understand why they would do that is it wasn't for some type of political gain!

They are letting them in because they don’t want Covid to go away . Covid goes away the ability to change elections and have massive mail in balloting goes away . They need it for the midterms to be able to cheat and keep power .

Almost? Getting better (if you can call it that because things were never actually bad) would mean the government has even less of a reason to restrict the freedoms of its people. The less people are able to gather and talk, the more powerful the media becomes since that is some peoples' only source of ideas and opinions.

I know it does, and people who have actually done some research on it know it does, but it is the massive amount of idiots in the country that don't.
Let's fact it, all those idiots will be freaking out if the numbers start going up again! The Blue state governors will have reasons to keep their citizens in lock down or go back to lock downs, and like others have said, it's the elections!
