But people who know him say it's likely he's pouting and stomping his feet in outrage.
That should be enough to prove he did nothing.
Of course there's always the possibility, now that he's no longer president and doesn't have to be well informed, that he's yet to hear about it on the news.

The burden of proof is on Trump. He's the one who, strangely or not so much, went silent right after the allegations. It's like he knows it didn't happen or something.

You're making my point for me. If what you're saying is true then Obama would already be arrested and in jail. The fact no evidence has been brought against him even after the POTUS' twitter tantrum should tell you that nothing is proven as of now.

I agree with you on this (except the FISA stuff is somewhat concerning)....I also agree with you on there being no reason to respond to Russia!! I also think the same logic should be applied to tax returns and birth certificates.

I agree with all that with one exception. I wouldn't care about tax returns if Trump would've just put his business dealings in a blind trust like every other president. With all the bullshite surrounding him and the fact he wouldn't release his tax return it just seems concerning. It doesn't make him guilty. I just think the smart play would be to put it in a blind trust to alleviate legitamite concerns.

In order to put it in a blind trust he would have to sell his current assets which are heavily invested in real estate. It could cost him hundreds of millions in losses for having to sell at a discount. If not, perhaps cause taxable gains on properties he wouldn't have otherwise sold. I understand the fear of using the office for profit. But there is no requirement to place assets in blind trust. With the media scrutiny and his current net worth. It seems silly to worry about that one issue.

That pic pretty much nails it for now, BB. At least until Trump gets his folk in the game. But this won't go away, because nailing Obama will be the only thing that forces him to go away. And they don't have to have proof that Obama *ordered* the tapping; the people (minus the delusional) know that it's Bill Clinton's "depends on what the meaning of word is...is". 
Bottom line. Trump beat em'. The evidence that there WAS indeed tapping of Trump's people in a hotly contested election by his (Trump's) Opposition will be what sticks. And the more Obama remains silent, or overly lies...the more he takes on the 'dindu nuffin' persona.
It'll take Trump two terms to straighten this crap out.
Bottom line. Trump beat em'. The evidence that there WAS indeed tapping of Trump's people in a hotly contested election by his (Trump's) Opposition will be what sticks. And the more Obama remains silent, or overly lies...the more he takes on the 'dindu nuffin' persona.

Not really. He chose to run for president. While it may not be required he could release his tax returns at no cost to him. Why not do that?
If he wouldn't put his assets in a blind trust for liquidation issues then why not release his tax returns? He's got no real reason to hide it from the public if it's all on the up and up like he claims.
Right now the president of the united states has the opportunity to create wealth for himself by creating, amending, or dismantling laws which benefit him and his businesses, and the American people wouldn't be able to find out. That doesn't concern you at all?
I'm not saying he is doing that or will. I am just saying transparency on this matter is crucial for the American people to trust that the laws/EOs proposed by the Trump administration are being done in the best interest of the country and not his own self interest.
