You seem to think you have some God given right to use taxpayer provided infrastructure to enable your customers to come to and from your business without those taxpayers getting a say in how your business operates. Wrong. If you don't want taxpayers having a say in how your business operates - just remove it from access by any roads that are hooked into the taxpayer provided interstate highway system. Since I'm sure you don't need any help from anyone to run your business - this should be no problem

This isn't really what this thread is about.

Where do the rights of the business owner end and where do the rights of the costumer begin?
That's an extremely vague question.

It's supposed to be vague. It's about looking into your personal morality and asking yourself where you think the line should be. Is discrimination ever appropriate? Should it be? Why is it considered appropriate in some context, yet not in others? It's just about having an open conversation on a complicated subject.

Property rights reign supreme over discrimination.

When it's universally accepted that you can't deny that freedom includes people doing stuff that you hate, not just what you like without looking like a hack, I don't see how that can't apply to property rights as well.

It is their business, their property that they own and their time and labor. If there's no hurting people or stealing anything, the gov't and other citizens don't have a right to that.
