Can someone explain how FISA courts are compatible with freedom?

Yeah. The secrecy of the process is concerning.

How about the secret vaccine court?

Legally you can't discuss it. Why have a court specifically for vaccines?

I'm not okay with it, never was.

In fact, I opposed nearly every knee jerk reaction Bush had to 9/11 from the creation of DHS to the Patriot Act.

Passing an amendment to repeal the 4th would be redundant

It's not, and neither is the Patriot Act.

Because Americans don't truly want the responsibility freedom requires. The courts are a product of that.

Some do. Unfortunately, most modern Americans are lazy, dumb, and/or cowards

There is nothing secret about the court of federal claims that handles vaccine claims. You can call the clerk and they will tell you all about it.

That's what I was gonna say. Everyone that knows anything about US espionage knows this.

Hundreds of fisa warrants are issued every year.

What is concerning is that Obama changed it from two agencies to view results to many agencies(16 I think) days before the inauguration.

It's not the federal claims court.

This court all documentation is concealed and the plaintiffs sign non disclosure documents to even receive a settlement.

They don't want this information out in the public, it's the courts covering for big pharma so that they contain to work together gouging prices and being each other's financial partners. At th expense and detriment of those afflicted and with undeniable/ irrefutable proof.

You almost always sign a non-disclosure agreement for a settlement. You have to have permission to view the actual files because the usually have a massive amount of medical records.
