Why are the Libs, neocons, and cucks so pissy after Trump's speech?

I was very skeptical going in and even started a thread stating my displeasure.

I thought Trump gave a good message. It wasn't the "we're coming home" I was hoping for but not bad.

He reiterated new rules of engagement, he reiterated we're not in the nation building business, he reiterated we're not announcing our plans to the enemy, he called out Pakistan on their bullshite, he's enlisting India's help, he reiterated our allies have to do more, and he stressed actually winning for a change.

All in all, I thought it was a decent speech.

Yet still, the Libs, cucks a and neocons are pissy. What gives?

I'm in the same boat with you. Was skeptical but I am pleased tonight. Nothing he does will be enough for liberals

Trump reversal cycle

At time of reversal: I'm fricking done Trump, what the hell you establishment bastard?

20 minutes later: I definitely don't support the decision, but it's nice that he went about it in such a Trump-like fashion. Refreshing! Still mad tho.

Hour later: War baby! Let's do this!

Who's pissy exactly? It's the same empty platitudes we've heard for 16 years.

Imho, the M.E. is not winnable. Radical Islam is such a cancer that we could be there 1,000 years and still not defeat it.

And I'm MAGA as Frick.

one of the biggest fears on this board from trump supporters was he would select Bolton for some sort of cabinet position

Why would the neocons be pissed? I just saw Lindsay Graham popping champagne on Fox after that speech.

A hoorah speech doesn't change the reality of Afghanistan. Maybe if this strategy was implemented 15 years ago, it would work. I doubt it.

Can one single person tell me what conditions on the ground in Afghanistan will constitute victory or a situation that allows us to completely pull out without Lindsay Graham swearing that it will result in the end of the United States? Once we establish a premise of what constitutes victory, we can start having a serious conversation on whether you think this new attitude has a realistic chance of attaining those ends and whether those ends are even sustainable once we leave.

I didn't listen to the speech, but I stand by my not liking the plan. I just hope for those having to go and there really can defend themselves properly. I'd rather they all return home now.

It's not pissed as much as it's disappointed. I knew Trump had no principles and was susceptible to flip-flopping.

It's you true MAGA patriots who have really let me down :(
