The joke is funny man, not the subject matter itself. One doesn’t have to equate to the other.

What? This joke doesn't make any sense. What else would you draw in shoes to begin with? Drawing charges in basketball is also a good thing. But they're not even basketball shoes. They're more like boxing shoes or fashion sneakers.
