As always if had passed it would be on Trump. Since it failed like other things, it's on someone else

It's how representative government works. Not surprised libs have little to no understanding of the process.

This is EXACTLY why government (of either party) have no business in healthcare.

The Dems know when they need to fall in line. Bribes help.

The GOP can't stop letting perfect be the enemy of good, so we got a terrible bill that had no fans at all.

One day we will learn to take a 90 percent victory.

Maybe with less trips to Flo-Rida and more ability to actually negotiate a tough problem in Healthcare, Trump could have helped create something that could have passed the house.

I won't blame the freedom caucus nor defend Ryan/Trump

But Ryan's original bill was more definite and stronger. It was weakened because of fears on the R side. That's what happens when some massive entitlement is implemented for years and then you propose taking it away.

Any Republican who talked a ton of shite for years about repealing ACA then got uneasy when shite got real (not talking about this bill, talking about the concept generally) is to blame for this.

Mostly Ryan. Also Trump for helping push it without understanding it. It was idiotic for him to do so. If Trump was smart, he would have tried to work with what Rand had proposed.

Trumps biggest mistake was supporting the first bill that came along, then trusting senate republicans to refine it after passing the house.

Too hasty, imo.

You would think after all of the years of feedback on the disaster of ACA, Ryan would have brought something better to the table. That's really the issue here.
