And when he does actually TAKE office and does exactly what he says, will you be here to state that your were "wrong". Probably not.

Here's the beauty of your position - he's already flip-flopping, so when he takes office, whatever he does is what he said - at some point - he'd do.

That's what's great about flip-flopping, you're never wrong.

You have a valid point here. Trump has taken at least three positions on any one issue. The question isn't will he "flip-flop." No matter what he says, he will be flip-flopping.

The question will be "do the policies he helps enact make our country better off or worse off?"

In fairness, perhaps we should actually wait until he takes office to see.

Excellent point.

I suspect, going forward, the question will be, "Is what's good for Trump, LLC, good for the country?"

Because the man clearly has NO idea what 'public service' actually means.

Very true, unfortunately in these times, a large portion of the public has already decided their position on his policies before he ever takes office. Same as Obama and W.

Assuming there is - HRC passed that a long, long, long time ago. So I voted for her imperfect opponent.

I can't wait until he tries to tackle Obamacare and keep all the expensive bits, like pre-existing conditions waivers, and tries to throw the insurance companies under the bus. They wrote that bill, not the Democrats. That's why Pelosi said they would have to pass it to see what was in it - she had no fricking clue.

He's not even president yet, but you retards have somehow made the intellectual leap that he has broken all campaign promises and has conflicts of interest for a job he hadn't even assumed yet.

Try being honest once. Just once. Maybe if liberals stopped the histrionics, voters wouldn't be running into the arms of a guy like Trump.

And here is another thought. Just like he criticized so many in the Administration for telegraphing what they were going to do militarily against the enemy. Why would he give Obama and the Dems something to challenges him on before he even takes office? He was elected on a platform that he has deliver on, and if he doesn't he will be deemed a failure. I don't think Trump likes being called a failure.

What does that say about democrats? They shouldn't be shocked that the working man rejected them.

Yet here you are crying about shite Trump hasn't even done yet.

The White House isn't for sale you moonbat because your idol crooked Hillary didn't win even though she tried her best to steal it.

Meanwhile, it's hard to bribe a rich billionaire you moonbat. As Trump isn't crooked Hillary.

And the Dems passed it anyway. And yet you're criticizing a man who hasn't even made one decision yet concerning policy.

Dems concerned about the White House being for sale ran to the polls to vote for Hillary Clinton.

It's you idiots that were so desperate, you voted the idiot in without even thinking.

A Trump presidency is going to look lie the worst Tim Burton Batman movie.

...I'm sure ol' Joe Biden will be cast as the caped crusader - with a shotgon.

It can't be any worse that the last 8 years we had to suffer through. Hope and Change, remember.

So what you are saying is, if I wanted honesty... If I wanted zero corruption or conflicts of interest... If I wanted a Great Wall and HRC to die in prison, I should have voted for HRC?

Dumbass. Keep it up. Watching your party slowly die by its own hand is a reward in and of itself.

That.

The only reason I'm crying, is because I'm laughing so hard.

Donald Trump represents EVERYTHING Republicans have been saying they're against for the last 30 years. He's a fricking side show hawker that a bunch of idiots made the most powerful man in the world. Ol' P.T. would be proud.

You kids need to stop looking at politics like it's a football game. It's a little more complicated than that. Just because I think Trump is the worst thing to happen to American politics doesn't mean I give a shite about the Democrats. They've represented the least common denominator - up until now.

Republicans are doing with Trump EXACTLY what the Democrats did with Obama. They both presented themselves as shapeless lumps of clay that their followers shaped into whatever form they wanted their man to be. Then reality hits and shows that no one was right.

I'll be riding this market exuberance for about 18 months, then I'm out and going to hedge. Everyone wants the economy to overheat, no one even remembers what inflation is. But it's coming, and when it does, the Fed won't be able to raise interest rates due to the crippling national debt.

That's about when this whole "Trump Train" thing will come back around to haunt the proponents - because it'll be a wreck.

Lol, look at the loser wagging his finger at the winners about regret. What a sad cliche.

You've very unsurprisingly missed the point of this election entirely. Voters keenly understand that Trump may very well be a disaster- the media reminds us daily. The issue for dems is that voters looked across the ballot, saw Hillary's name, and voted for Trump anyway.

You need to take a breath, and look at where your party is heading. The problem isn't Trump.
