I have a question about Texas... are they counting border security as part of receiving federal dollars?

ok so not only would that solve our perpetual budget crisis but it also allows us to be completely independent of the Feds. So easy.

States like TN, Montanna, Wyoming, S Dakota, AZ, etc...that are being questioned, have large Federal Parks, Federal land, military and other big Federal Gov projects.

Well if minorities are Democrats and aren't voting Republican anyway.. why do these Republican states allow for such a large percentage of Federal dollars????
