Which president has done the most damage in the last few decades?

Starting from the earliest one that I remember:
Bill Clinton: under his administration, there were massive sales of advanced technologies to the Chinese., which resulted in china establishing its space technologies and military capabilities. He was also involved in creating NAFTA. He was fortunate to reside during the age of internet boom.
George W Bush: his foreign blunders in Iraq and Afghanistan resulted in thousands of American lives lost and trillions of dollars wasted on unnecessary wars and nation building. We’re still experiencing the effect of his presidency.
Barak Obama: He is the godfather of the current progressive movement, which aim to change the makeup of this country, and weaken America. It’s a very dangerous movement.
Donald Trump: trying to fix all of the above blunders?

He could have done nothing besides "not be hillary" and done more for the country than the last 3 democrat presidents combined.
