I hate it.

There is no reason for us to spend so much on defense.

I liked Trump better when he was going to cut spending to NATO now he appears ready to support McCain's plan to let Montenegro into NATO further increasing our obligations.

Quit looking for employees on here you vulture.

FWIW I'm still in the process of talking to an OSO. No 06 or 02 for me, though.

Its about him going back on his word and his blind supporters not caring about it.

After discussing it with a flag-level relative, I'm just going to avoid trying to undergo an SSBI. I know I don't get to choose my field after OCS but I am going to get some help.

3 pages and you still refuse to look at what he has done.

He's cut all Executive branch agencies.

LINK

quote:

President Donald Trump signed an executive order on Monday that would mandate an evaluation of every executive department and agency to determine where money could be saved.

ANd most of all... the Main thing you seem to want to over look...

LINK

quote:

The 62 agencies and programs Trump wants to eliminate

He just cut the EPA by 30%

Look HRC was much worse in this regard. The money she and Bill took from the Russians and the Sunni Arab countries should have landed her in jail.

Trump is forcing others to pay more so we can pay less.

Hillary was certainly a war monger and Trump seems to be too.

Trump is playing clean-up. He's not an interventionist like Hillary. When there are unprovoked new wars (like Libya) I'll change my tune.

quote:

Hillary and Trump seem to agree somewhat on healthcare because TrumpCare looks a lot like Obamacare and HRC was for that.

I think Trump wants Medicare for the "poor" (however that is defined) and free market system for the people above the poverty line. I totally admit, Trump is not conservative when it comes to healthcare. Let's hope the conservatives in congress can push him more right.

quote:

Does his election remove your obligation to stand for smaller government?

Not at all.

quote:

for less spending?

No. (I think we will get that under Trump. The guy is already not spending the money that is appropriated to him by congress. I don't know how this will end when the executive branch has a surplus at the end of the fiscal year. Also the budget he proposed has all kinds of Dems and Reps pissed about the cuts in spending.)

quote:

for less war?

I still think we will get less war under Trump (unless we have to defend ourselves.)

quote:

for individual freedom?

quote:

if you are the conservative you claim to be?

Every time I take those political compass test I end up center right. That's probably about right.

quote:

What is conservative about Trump on immigration?

He enforces the existing law and wants to conserve our sovereign borders.

quote:

Does he have an immigration plan that respects individual freedom?

quote:

that honors working, taxpaying people?

Yeah. Want's to nix working visa abuse. Like H1B abuse.

Some of them are not too bad. I mean, pretty much everyone has them so they're a bit watered down, but depending on what you have they could be a good jumping off point to the real money certs.
