I think Clapper. I honestly don't think Sessions intentionally lied.

Navytiger74 actually defended Clapper lying on here and was quite passionate about it.

Did Sessions lie or did he only answer the questions asked? Were those meetings part of his public record? Couldn't Lehay or Franken have asked directly about those meetings?

Didn't appear Sessions lied at all.
