Perhaps building public sympathy for an upcoming indictment. Remember in Casino when the mafia guys show up in court in wheel chairs and oxygen masks? "Why prosecute her, she'll be dead soon anyway".

I'm just so happy we won't have to look at this woman for the next four years. I hate her smile too. That open mouthed, dung eating, phony smile. This woman does not have one genuine bone in her repulsive body. At least President Trump is genuine.

She clearly has significant health problems that were covered up by her and her campaign. It is disgusting that she and her party would jeopardize her being elected to office, knowing that she is not at full health, for the sake of her own ambitions.
