You do realize Trump appointed Tom Price as HHS, right? And while Republicans have been griping about Obamacare for years now without offering alternatives, Price has actually introduced bills offering a detailed, comprehensive replacement plan in every Congress since 2009. So if you want an idea of where Trump's healthcare plan will begin, start with Price's plan.

You must live a sad, pathetic existence. You constantly bitch about people on "this board" for having different opinions than you, then you start ad hominem attacks on posters you don't even know personally and generalize an entire group of people. After you post, you run off like a pussy and refuse to defend your statements.

All the signs of a low-IQ poster. Sad!

What is a fair date to start his 100 day promise, snowflake?

Inauguration Day. My point is that 100 days is only 3-1/2 months and we haven't even heard the plan. Are you saying that Trump will be able to write a bill, get it passed by both houses of congress, him sign it into law then have it implemented by April 29?

So my premium for May should be several hundred lower than January's, correct?

I think it's fair to expect him to get legislation passed and implemented in the time frame he promised

I think it'd be more fair if we let him take office before judging his actions/inactions.

Boomhauer, since you are all hung up on election promises, I wonder how many times did you and the rest of the country hear Hillary say 1) she did not send classified information and 2) she would never ever contest the election results? If you & all the other libs are going to continue to throw stones, mite want to check on your insurance coverage for your glass house.

Why do you assume I'm a lib? (I'm not) I voted for Trump for one reason...he isn't Hillary Clinton.

But, what does anything in your post have to do with Trump keeping his promise of fixing healthcare being his priority? I have a job. My only real concern is for Trump to make my health insurance premium go back to $150 per month for a "Cadillac plan" and lowing my income taxes. I don't care about anything else.

Didn't he promise to have it fixed in the first 100 days?

We'll have to wait until it is passed to see what's in it.

Don't worry.
Tom Price has a plan and it will get done.
It's not going to be repealed all at once. They have to have transition plans for those who were stuck with ObamaCare.
But it will get done.

He released his healthcare plan on his website months ago. I would imagine whatever bill gets passed will include many of these elements.

quote:

2. Modify existing law that inhibits the sale of health insurance across state lines.

quote:

3. Allow individuals to fully deduct health insurance premium payments from their tax returns under the current tax system.

quote:

4. Allow individuals to use Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Contributions into HSAs should be tax - free and should be al lowed to accumulate. These accounts would become part of the estate of the individual and could be passed on to heirs without fear of any death penalty.

quote:

5. Require price transparency from all healthcare providers , especially doctors and healthcare organizations like clinics and hospitals. Individuals should be able to shop to find the best prices for procedures, exams or any other medical - related procedure.

quote:

6. Block - grant Medicaid to the states.

quote:

7. Remove barriers to entry into free markets for drug providers that offer safe, reliable and cheaper products.

Tom Price and Mike Pence are good friends, sure that Pence pushed Price for the job.
