ending federal prohibition of marijuana should have been done 10 years ago. When can I expect to be able to buy weed at a dispensary in Louisiana?

A lot of states that wouldn’t have dreamed of doing this a year ago might have to seriously consider legalizing it themselves. Budgets are looking bleak everywhere and they’ll do anything to keep the money coming
