When in the Hell are we anticipating the 9th Circuit Ruling?

First, they said Wednesday....then oral arguments so it becomes yesterday afternoon.....and now it's almost quitting time, and still no ruling. WTF?

Like that's early in the day.
They were supposed to make their ruling yesterday. It's not like it's that complicated unless you're trying to circumvent the constitution or issue a ruling in favor of Trump but also throw a bone to the plaintiff.

They know the States have no standing in this but want to be well out of town when it's announced due to the violent Leftist protesters so they will do a "Friday news dump" sometime later tomorrow.

They will reinstate the EO in time for a different court to issue a TRO. Then the DOJ will have to fight that one.

Rush made some interesting points today.
The seattle Judge actually never made any sort of court ruling. All he did was put an injunction on Trumps travel ban. The 9th circus should, send it back to that seattle judge so he can make a ruling. That ruling should then be brought to the 9th Circus.
Regardless, 9th Circus will rule in favor of seattle lawyer based on feels, and not the constitutionality of Trumps EO. It will then go to the SC and be overturned. Until then, potential threats will come to the US. Any attack by any immigrant during this timeframe is directly attributed to this Seattle judge.
