I remember seeing public Trump supporters, and instead of engaging them in dialogue and debate, the left and media ridiculed them and insulted them. They were called racists and told to shut up because they were wasting their vote on a loser.

I watched their reaction, and realized I would have reacted the same way. That's when I began to realize there is a much larger silent majority than the media was reporting on, and he was going to win.

Could? I never thought it was more than a 1 out of 8 chance.

Would? Florida and North Carolina was his, and he was up by nine points, late, in battleground Ohio.

NINE POINTS in frickING OHIO??? That is insane.. he's gonna win the rust belt.

After he announced and started in on combating PC. My posts from late 15 to early 16 had a common theme that was mocked until after the Primary. It was a simple prediction but one that was as clear as can be to anyone truly paying attention over the last 8 years. I said that the silent majority was awake and would elect him as a defense against PC run amok. I even did a parody rephrasing of the Terrance Mann speech in "Field of Dreams" telling people who kept saying that they were not voting for Trump.....that they would pull the lever for Trump when the time came.

Didn’t vote for Trump but was pulling for him.

I had small hope after she called half his supporters “deplorables”. That was as bad as Mitt’s 47% comment.

When I knew he had won was when they kept refusing to call Florida or Pennsylvania when it was obvious that Miami and Philly weren’t going to bail them out.

Could...when he won Fl

Would... When Ron Johnson won the Senate seat in WI and was 6 points down to Feingold in the polls. I knew Trump would win WI and break the blue wall.

When the world markets started freaking out and props to fox business network because they were the only ones openly pulling for DJT
Maria, Kennedy, Stuart and Lou saw it coming way before anyone else in the media did on that glorious and wonderful night

I realized he could win as soon as he got the nomination. As expected the GOPe cucks did everything they could to try and steal the nomination from him. Once he gave his acceptance speech at the RNC I knew he could win.

I didn't think he would win until FL and NC were called. I expected him to win based on real life polling, observations, and common sense, but knew the establishment would not go down without a fight. As expected the Dems were actually caught cheating in FL, VA, PA, MI, and GA. Once FL/NC were called I knew that Americans were taking back their country.

"Man Election Night was so much fun, I wish I could go back in time and relive it one more time"

Oh but you can! It's called Youtube.

Watch the smug melt off the faces of the repulsive reporters.....fun.

Election night, when I turned on the TV, just for the heck of it, and Trump was up 220 to 200 in the delegate count. Sat straight up when I saw that. Watched until it was called for Trump. I was so excited, I couldn't get to sleep. Took off the next day. That morning I remember feeling more hope for America than I've felt in a long time.

When he announced, I was looking forward to the side-show. I hate politics, in general, and I was very much looking forward to seeing how it would play out.

Once he got through the primary, I always thought he "could" win, but as the campaign progressed, it seemed less and less likely that he would win. I never paid attention to the polls, but it just felt like there were too many people in the public's eye that were trashing and insulting the man on a daily basis, and I NEVER underestimate the sheep mentality of the regular American citizen.

I voted for Trump out of disdain for Hillary. I voted for Rubio in the primary, for what it's worth. Not for any real reason other than I figured he could play ok against Hillary.

I dreaded election day because I knew 100% that the bitch would win. So I am one of those who didn't know he "would" win until the reporters on one of the Fox correspondents, can't remember who, said "we need to really begin to accept the fact that Donald Trump might be our next president." It wasn't said in a derogatory way towards him, but in a more surprised and caught-off-guard way.

During the campaign I honestly never thought he could win.

So glad I was wrong.
