US District Judge R. Brooke Jackson wasn't buying those arguments. As a breast is one of the first things a child sees, "children do not need to be protected from [it] … but from the negative societal norms, expectations, and stereotypes associated with it," he wrote in granting a preliminary injunction, reports the Denver Post.

Dude just wants to see some tits; nothing wrong here, move along.

Is it still a felony sexual battery to unwantingly touch a female breast (nipple) but not a man's? Where's the equality? Why the different standard? Is the female breast a sexual body part and not a man's breast?

It's a frickinng nipple. Your kids have probably had one in their mouth before.

Men have em too, who cares?

"It's just a penis! I bet your daughter has seen you getting out of the shower before!"

I believe that our culture would be better off if sexuality wasn't put on full display everywhere we went. It turns people into nothing but objects meant for the sexual pleasure of others and is very dehumanizing.

What is sexual and not varies from culture to culture. In some islamic cultures women cannot show any bit of their face. In some orthodox jewish cultures women cannot show their hair and wear wigs. In pentacostal cultures they wear long dresses to not expose any bit of the leg. It's such a moving target.

Why is your version of what's sexual and what isn't the correct one?

So when Hillary visits Colo. do you really want to see either of her nipples? Be careful what you wish for.

A federal judge blocked a city ordinance banning women from showing their breasts in public Wednesday because it discriminates against women.

I have a problem with a judge unilaterally overturning a law, even if it means more nips.

quote:

The law "perpetuates a stereotype ingrained in our society that female breasts are primarily objects of sexual desire whereas male breasts are not," Jackson continued, referencing testimony from a psychologist suggesting the sexualization of female breasts leads to higher rates of sexual assault.

So does this mean that men can stare at the nips all day without being accused of being perverts? It could be good therapy to help them get over the "sexualization."

This really is a great question. The left will find a social paradox to explain it; I'm sure.

I agree completely with this.

But modesty has been so ingrained in me that I still get uncomfortable when women breast feed in mixed company although I support and accept it as natural. What makes me uncomfortable, though, is i feel as though men (and some women) do or might sexuality objectify something that is natural and beautiful.

I wonder if it's my generation, being raised in the south or cradle Catholic upbringing that gives me such hypocritical views of this topic?

Man and woman are naturally sexually attracted to one another; so why wouldn't her natural beauty (assets); be sexually appealing to a man? Isn't that naturalism sexy?

But yeah; I grew up Catholic in NO; so I got the guilt, as well.
