One off instance during a once in a generation riot. The fact remains that it isn't going to happen to you or anyone you know. Fact remains that a dozen or so people have walked on the moon and you give me an instance of one person tragically killed during a race riot the likes of which we haven't seen since. You Can have your hypoteticals all you want and imagine how big of a bad arse you'd be in the situation. Fact will always remain that the law is on your side if you act like a reasonable person.

Under Virginia law, if ONE IS IN HIS CAR, and has reasonable fear of grave bodily harm, lethal force may be justified AND THERE IS NO DUTY TO RETREAT.

Probably just sit and do nothing but pray. As soon as the first window is cracked, I'm moving forward, especially if my wife is in the car.
