To stir the pot and cause some kind of craziness to happen. They are a hate group at the very least. One could justify referring to them as a domestic terrorist group.

By going and inciting violence at a peaceful protest rally......again. Everyone has a right to peacefully protest. I don't care if you're a pro-communist group.

So those bunch of socialists went to a permitted rally to show that NAZI-ism won't be tolerated? Irony at its finest.

The biggest problem with framing antifa is the fact that they have no leader. The same could be said of BLM.

David duke I guess is a leader of White nationalist and the press can refer to his actual, more narrow, quotes on what the group as a whole believe in. Antifa can hide behind this.

Their attitude is much more broad. "Against hate" that's great and all but where do you stop? What are your methods? Who are you going after? Who do you think is racist? I mean they can legitimately hide their intent and actions and our shite media cannot cover it. The ones that do want to investigate can only cover it on a broad basis.

It sickens me how stupid some of you are. In this context "better than this" would mean a skin head can show up at a park and shout anything he wants without fear of being beat up or arrested.

Do you morons really believe the first amendment was meant to protect speech that everyone LIKED? What would be the fricking point?

Not to mention the very obvious fact that no person has a right to commit violence on another person because they said mean things.

Liberalism is a god damned brain disorder.

"Killing Nazis" is their heritage.

I'm sure it was to hold hands and sing peace songs. They didn't go with their black Hamas outfits, weapons, armor, etc.

If they won't conform to our pacifist example, we'll beat it in to them!

What percentage of the counter protesters do you think would self identify as part of Antifa?

As a liberal friend of mine was saying last night, his grandparents didn't fight in ww2 so that nazis could hold rallys in America.

Apparently his grandparents were against free speech and fought in ww2 to keep it from coming to America.

agreed and if that was all it was it would be fine. But Trump was right when he said both side were to blame. You lose all credit of claiming a peaceful protest when you show up to said protest with baseball bats.

The best disinfectant for organizations like Stormfront, the KKK and their ilk is sunshine. Let their ideas be heard. The marketplace will judge.

Period.

The entire reason this particular problem is going on right now is that Antifa and their ilk REFUSE to allow opposing viewpoints to be heard on their turf.

I wonder who else behaved like that...

A very small portion from the pictures and videos I've seen. Maybe 20%.
