A lot of the BS that goes on in the intel community would be hard to prove because they control the release of nearly all the info. Now we may find out at some point that there is information (hacked/leaked) to validate Trump's claim of him and others in his administration being surveilled prior to his election as POTUS.

We know Merkel and some of the media were surveilled so why would it be surprising if Trump was also. Think about it, the MSM/Dims were pulling out all the tricks to keep Trump out of the White House so finding out Trump was not surveilled would actually be more shocking than if he had been surveilled.

So why did Obama say Trump would never be president? Obama didn't make that insinuation as opinion, he stated it as fact. Why would he do that if he didn't know something?

Problem for Obama was - the voters of America didn't listen to him. Thank God.

A government official making serious criminal allegations without proof or evidence goes well beyond a free speech issue...

Seems to me that an official of the government (particularly the highest one) publicly accusing someone of a crime without any formal investigation or evidence is a pretty serious constitutional issue.

Good file a false police report about your neighbor. See how that works out for you.

I'm not going to take the time to look up the numerous instances of Obama making thoroughly irresponsible statements. But many come immediately to mind.

Police acting stupidly . . .
If I had a son . . .
Surgeons performing needless amputations to make money . . .

The same repercussions as the media for saying he and the Russians hacked the election with no proof and no substance.

Are you delusional? Trump accused him of committing a crime.

You think Obama was going to stop and consider the political ramification before he responded. That is imbecilic.
