What qualities does a fetus lack to define it as a human with a right to life?

So one day a fetus/baby is SOL. But the next, it miraculously has the right to life — what changed?

According to abortionists - birth.

PolitiKians.
You need 3 elements to create fire, you only need 2 to create life and one of those is swimming to get to the other.
Conception is life.
conception-the action of conceving a CHILD or of a CHILD being conceived.

Inability to survive outside womb. Pre 16-20 weeks depending on technology and available NICU.
That’s one answer to the OP question.

A house fly is made up of over 100 thousand cells, if the fetus has less than that, it’s hard to argue that it’s a human being.

"Inability to survive outside womb"
That applies to about 81 million people of the country.

Doesn’t this case being reviewed by the court involve a 15 week limit?

There are no qualities it lacks. It simply isn’t as far along in its life cycle than you are.

There is no consistent position for the pro-death crowd, nor do they really care to have one.
To them, the issue is whores being able to whore around and kill whatever is inside her if she wants.

Human or not?

Originally their goal was to make abortion "safe, legal and rare".
Now they've completely abandoned "rare" and with the push toward DIY abortions "safe" no longer matters either. The only consistent position is "legal".

I know some young adults who have no ability to survive outside of their parent's home.

Thats at a point of way more than 100 thousand cells. What does it look like at 6 weeks?
Posted on 5/5/22 at 7:44 am to CalDawg
It is a human life. 6-8 weeks it has a heartbeat. That is life. If you don't want a human life, there are ways to prevent it. A couples lack of planning and responsibility does not make it ok, in the 2nd trimester to slice off a baby's limbs as he/she is bouncing around the womb trying to survive and get away from the knife and vacuum. Or being burned alive with a saline solution. Or heaven forbid in the 3 trimester a fully developed baby is injected with poison or has it's brains sucked out in a partial birth abortion.
If people actually knew the details of an abortion it would change most everyone's mind.

And yet every pro choice group and all dem politicians wants it to be legal in all cases to abort that fetus, which was 10 weeks.
There is 6 weeks, certainly not a housefly and obviously human…since the person carrying it is a fricking human!

Does the fetus have an R or D behind their name?
Posted on 5/5/22 at 7:46 am to jp4lsu
So a heart beat signifies human life? Guess I should think about that next time before swatting a fly.
Posted on 5/5/22 at 7:47 am to CalDawg
A birth certificate. Really just a piece of paper is the line here. Anytime before that document is issued, they believe that time doesn't belong to the fetus

To answer your question, the Roe v. Wade question was an over-reach by SCOTUS in claiming that an abortion is a right guaranteed in the constitution.
If this SCOTUS follows through with the overturning of R v. W, it is putting the power in the hands of the state to decide on abortion. THis is the way it should be, it's called Federalism, which means states make their laws as long as they are not contradicting to the Constitution and Federal law.
