Strongly support the death penalty ideally but oppose the current state of it right now.

This is kind of where I am on this. I think the death penalty should be reserved for particularly heinous and cruel crimes where the evidence is absolutely incontrovertible (a muddy legal term, to be sure -- I'm not certain what this would look like), something more than the "beyond reasonable doubt" standard.

Pro-life. Adamant and unyielding.

Gay rights, I am against gay marriage in forcing it to be recognized (don't make a photographer take pictures if they don't want to, let me call it sin without being hate speech.) I would like them to be able to have tax breaks and benefits of a legal union uninterrupted.

Pro death penalty in indisputable cases. Make it quicker.

Against drugs but at this point make marijuana legal. Stop booking pot heads that for the most part aren't hurting anything but tax the daylights out of it.

The government is not responsible for the health of it's people on a personal level. The welfare, yes but not healthcare. I think it should be able to regulate it to a degree, but just to avoid fraud and monopolies.

Reward people who immigrate here legally and remove laws that let people skirt our laws. Using "kids and families" of people who abuse our laws to get a free stay in America is despicable.

Make entitlement freaking embarrassing and difficult to get if you need it longer than 6 months
