What is MSM?

We are inundated with this everyday. But what is it and who pays for it? Is propaganda that the "money" pays for? The days of ideas of "Louis Lane" from the Daily Planet getting the scoop are hog wash.
ABC, CBS, NBC- The alphabet networks need a stern but fatherly figure to sell the news. This is for the masses. To make everything alright.
CNN- 24 Hour news. All the time. Now every story is political.Left, Dem leaning. See MSNBC.
Fox- Conservative. Hot bitches. Repub side. And more hot bitches.
MSNBC- Left bastion. Angry lesbians and self hating whites. African Americans are represented but no one cares about their issues unless they are BLM or any other cartoon organisation that they can undermine what real African Americans want. Like not be called African American and just be called Americans who are black.
How do you view these organizations? NPR,ABC,CBS, NBC, CNN,FOX?

I think most contain just enough truth mixed with spin to keep people watching. It's up to people which side they align with. I watch several channels and then come here for the reactions.
