What are the % chances some form of tax reform/tax cuts happen before 2018?

They have to pass something. The Ds can't win with "He didn't fix the ACA!" and Rs can't win with "Well, at least we didn't f things up even worse!" My guess, Rs pass tax reform now. Then pass healthcare in '18. That sets them up for the '18 elections before having to deal with any negative transition period in the insurance markets.

I support a corporate tax cut; ours is the highest in the world. But other than that, I really don't think income tax cuts are the answer. The main thing that needs to be done is abolishment of Obamacare and let the free enterprise system across all states determine healthcare prices.
