Like Obama or Clinton never laid out terms of an interview before hand

Trump's problem is that he'll talk about stuff that may be classified...
Better to not even discuss it...
And believe it or not, he is most likely not the declassification authority, although he is their boss.

Incorrect, outside of things like nuclear weapons systems and the like , the POTUS is the one person in this country who can instantly declassify anything he likes. He could walk into the FBi, and order them to declassify every single investigation they currently have classified and they would have to comply. Same with the CIA, NSA, or what have you.
