Not to mention how the black market becomes the best option for some folks to scratch out a living. Contracts in illegal markets are enforced by violence. The violence means less investment in area. Drug trade even more lucrative. Then get a felony on your record and limited options are further limited.

What was the case where home grown marijuana for medical use was deemed under the umbrella of the commerce clause because it might impact the prices of an illegal market?

Could of went with the damage to the 4th amendment, but I'd rather rally around hating the ridiculous interpretation of the commerce clause.
