The Cop wasn't saying he wants to kill black people or that Atlanta Cops only kill black people. He was making a point about the stupid narrative that groups like BLM spew.
Yeah he shouldn't have said it and probably deserves suspension for being stupid, but I see zero evidence that this Cop is a racist.

While I get that he was being sarcastic, it was completely ill advised and dumb for him to say that.
What's interesting about it was that she was giving him lip. He'd probably been ok if he just tazed her.
