If you diagnosed people as Psychopathic, you do NOT do it from tweets.
There is not a legitimate psychiatrist in the world that would diagnose someone from reading their tweets.

That Watters dude was trying so hard to discredit. Poor guy. He actually tried to say all of Trumps lies are ok because he is trying to get ahead of political opponents. Guy trued hard but wasnt able to shake the doc.
