SCOTUS
And Gorsuch will be there by the time it gets there.

Freedom of association be damned, those poor people deserve the labor of whomever they choose!

I wonder if the Justices of the Washington Supreme Court have ever read the 13th Amendment?

If they don't serve bacon generally why would they serve you bacon?
This gay couple asked to be serve flowers; you know something florists specialize in. Your analogy would be correct if this couple demanded the Florists bake them a wedding a cake.

The Washington Supreme Court hasn't heard the case, it was a lower court that made this ruling.
Quite different
Damn liberals and their damn fake news

Time to pass laws banning the burka.
And if they complain that it violates their religious conscience?

The Washington Supreme Court is the highest court in Washington. The Florists were fined because they violated state law.

Honest question because I don't know. Are homosexuals a protected class in Washington?

I hope leftists keep trying this kind of stuff. It only pushes more moderates to the right when you race bait and play identity politics. Keep at it. You'll seal your party's fate.

They can't discriminate based on sexuality. Meaning if they serve straight weddings they have to serve gay weddings as well.

Yes

Not surprised. If Washington is like most states, SCJs are appointed by Governors, and Washington hasn't had a GOP governor since the 80s.
