What in the ENTIRE frick is wrong with this concept?
If you can't afford kids, DON'T have them. Not even if they give you an anchor to somewhere you're not legally entitled to be.
If you still decide to have them, you work as much as you have to work to take care of them.
Don't bring your fricking arse over here and spit out a house full of crumb snatchers and expect me and my baws to feed them.

You missed the most important part of the story. About 30 paragraphs in wapo says "we only have anecdotal evidence to support the story and have not talked to any immigrants this has impacted "
