That's why you never leave notes face up when you get up from a table, or even leave them there at all. I'm sure Tillerson knows this. I doubt they were important if he just left them sitting there. Probably just his grocery list or his writing and repeating something like, "Marco has small hands. Marco is a sore loser. Marco is a whiner."
