geez republicans still bitching and now race baiting in victory.

Let's not be shortsighted and apply sweeping generalizations as the OP has. There are plenty of R's that are doubting/mocking this guy, me included. Now if you want to change "republicans" to "morons" in the quote, I will fully support that.

Are you saying hat Democrats in Donaldsonville are so clever that they rigged the curtain to only fall on White voters? Really? By the way, how many Black voters did your Dad talk to?

Honestly, if it happened to multiple blacks anywhere, and they tried to claim voter intimidation... I would find it a bit far fetched, just like I do with a white guy in Donaldsonville. He wasn't intimidated as a voter, just as a person because everyone around him was a different color. I'm sure he wouldn't have claimed voter intimidation if white people would have been in the booth with him, trying to help. That's sad.

While I agree, we will have people playing along with his post.

I don't think the average poll worker in Donaldsonville is smart enough to pull something like that off on purpose.

Agreed, and I say that as someone who calls Donaldsonville home.

that's not intimidation.

Intimidation would be someone standing outside the door asking who you are going to vote for and only letting you in if you vote for the candidate they like, or only letting black voters in and not white voters.

Why are people so secretive about their votes? Why be worried about people knowing who you voted for? Shouldn't one be proud/happy about who they vote for no matter what side they are on?

He's white and lives in Donaldsonville. When he was in the voting booth, the curtain and some sort of rod falls on his head. The workers (most of whom were black) ran to his assistance while getting inside the booth with him while his votes are still on the ballot (he hadn't submitted them yet). He said he felt like his privacy was very violated and because everyone was right there able to see his votes, he quickly just hit the "VOTE" button to submit what he had and erase them.
D'Villie must be slipping - usually there would be youngsters with 9's and Mac 10's popping caps in somebody arse. Holding them sideways.
