All you have to know is their address which is easy to look up. Going through the obituaries pretty much assures you that their vote isnt going to be cast before hand. If you want more info on how to pull it off, ask Mary Landrieu.

It would probaly take some collaboration from the election workers so that you aren't just calling out random names.
If you can read upside down or sideways quickly, It's not hard to call out a name of someone that hasn't voted yet. When I walk up to vote, the book is open to the page that the last person signed. All I would have to do is pick a name that doesn't have a signature next to it and say that's my name.
