They told us it was going to be available and I gave them my name and email when I got there. I don't see it in any of my go to local media outlets either. I'll try again and find it later when I'm not on my phone or post it when they send it to me, which they said they would.
You can also search twitter for #RVAMonuments and you'll find a write up of the meeting and maybe a few other tidbits.

I agree 100% CA. The only thing I'm rather certain of is that the antifa thugs and criminals don't bother with the formality of obtaining a rally permit. Of course, applying the law to ALL groups is something the regressives have a huge problem with.

The more fundamental problem is that the anarchist murderous mobs don't bother obtaining a rally permit like other groups do. They just maim, burn and destroy whenever and wherever they please, as long as Soros pays them.
