Yes, of course, but as a juror I'd give zero weight to her testimony unless an autopsy reveals a shot in Brown's back. Her story was three days after Brown's partner was on the news saying the same things... she just might be a liar seeking the spotlight.

Instead, I'd rely on the eyewitness in the first video... it was within minutes of the shooting and he obviously has no audience in mind. He doesn't say that the cop was shooting while chasing, doesn't say that Brown was hit in the back, and doesn't say that Brown raised his hands in surrender.

And I don't see blood on his back, either... although it might be something really easy to miss.

The autopsies will be interesting.
